"The time for restraint is past... now it is time to let the rags do what they must..."

Ragman battles the gangs of Gotham City while battling the evil souls that comprise his suit. The rags are drawn to the evil and he has to hold them back. All the while he is hunted by the Golem. The Golem is a good creature. A superhero in his own right, but only one of them can exist. Meanwhile the Batman is starting to track-down the Ragman as well.
